The following items must be on file in the Registrar’s Office prior to registration:

• a completed Application for Admission

• an official copy of ACT or SAT scores (not required for students over 21)

• an official copy of a transcript from an accredited high school that includes graduation date, or an official copy of college or military transcripts from all colleges attended, or an official copy of GED scores (if applicable)

• a letter of good standing from full-time college attended if attending Northwest part-time
