The Career Readiness Certificate (CRC) is an assessment-based Work Keyscredential that gives employers and job seekers a uniform measure of key workplace skills. For employers, the CRC offers a reliable means of determining whether a potential employee has the necessary literacy, numeracy, and problem solving skills to be job ready. For job seekers, the CRC serves as a portable credential that supplements a high school diploma, a GED, a post-secondary credential, a college degree, or a resume citing job experience. The CRC is based upon WorkKeys, a nationally recognized skills assessment tool developed by ACT Inc.
When: Wednesdays 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. or 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. by appointment only.

The Internet and Computing Certification (IC3) is a standards-IC3based certification for basic computing and Internet knowledge and skills. For employers, IC3 demonstrates that a potential employee can use a computer effectively. For job seekers, IC3 is a portable credential that provides proof of literacy in the basic use of computer hardware, software, networks, and the Internet. To become IC3 certified, candidates must take and pass three exams: Computing Fundamentals, Key Applications, and Living Online. IC3exam vouchers cost $35 each and include a re-take voucher and use of the practice exams.
When: Fridays beginning at 8:30 a.m. or by appointment.
